Profiles International offers an innovative
manager training system through our exclusive
Checkpoint
360 Degree Feedback System. The program
combines direct feedback by direct reports,
peers, supervisors, as well as customers, with
a personalized program for developing specific
leadership skills based on that feedback. By
starting from the real experiences of the people
around the leader we can identify and capture
both the leader's strengths as well as areas
that require development.
Profiles
International technology makes deploying the
360 degree feedback survey very easy. Managers
and the people who they interact with the most
participate in a brief online survey. Then a
powerful, full color report is created showing
areas of alignment as well as gaps in effectiveness.
This report provides tangible information to
help the manager, as well as the organization,
improve. From that point, managers are able
to participate in an individualized Skill builder
manager training series to build on the areas
identified through the Checkpoint 360 Degree
Feedback System.
Organizational Management Training
The second part of Checkpoint is an Organizational
Management Analysis System that alerts top
management to potential managerial problems
that can develop when managers' goals are not
in alignment with the goals of the organization.
It is a unique 360 degree feedback system for
your organization. Having this information encourages
leadership development on an individual level
as well as across the enterprise. This information
strengthens communication and builds stronger
organizations.
The
Profiles
Skill Builder Series rounds out the 360
degree feedback solution and is an organized
management and leadership development program
that addresses specific leadership skills identified
in the Checkpoint survey as requiring improvement,
enabling managers to pursue self-improvement
in the areas most essential to improving their
job performance. Consisting of 18 modules, managers
create and complete a customized leadership
development plan using Skill Builder modules.
Unlike many courses and seminars, Skill Builder
activities are available online and are integrated
into a manager’s daily tasks. Being self-paced,
Skill Builder modules easily fit into a leader’s
schedule and tangibly accelerate effectiveness
and efficiency.
